About me
I’m a licensed therapist in Idaho with a Master’s degree in Counseling. I’m trained in EMDR and have extensive experience with life transitions, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and more.
At my core I aim to be compassionate and genuine with you. I believe in building a strong, trusting relationship with you, where you can feel safe to be your authentic self. My focus is on creating a comfortable space where you feel supported and valued. The work won’t stop there… I’ll also challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, go below the surface, and explore new ways to achieve a more balanced life.
In our sessions together, you can expect a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs and pace. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process; I aim to be creative and adaptable, ensuring that our work together is meaningful and effective. You’ll find that I focus on meeting you where you are, providing a space where you feel heard, validated, and valued. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering support and challenges that foster growth and help you make the most of each session.
When I’m not at work
When I’m not at work, I love spending quality time with my rescue pup, Zeus. He’s my adventure partner and comes kayaking, 4-wheeling, and on the boat with me. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, walking, swimming, or just soaking in the sights. On the weekends I can be found camping in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and year-round spending time with my family or reading a book (historical fiction is my #1 genre).
